Building a custom home is one of the most exciting times for your family. Every step of the process has something new to look forward to! We want you to experience this adventure with excitement and peace of mind - and by choosing Brownstone, we truly hope to give you that experience!

Vision.

We will schedule an introductory meeting with Jamie and Kacee to meet you and hear your vision for your dream home. Typically this first meeting will take about an hour at our office. During this meeting you can bring us your plan ideas, questions, pictures for inspiration and any specifications that will make this home perfect for your family.

Design.

Kacee will then begin researching and designing the perfect plan. During this time, it’s important to find the right piece of property. Whether you have already purchased a lot or land, or are still searching for the right spot, we can come alongside to help! Jamie’s background in residential and commercial dirt work and construction gives him great insight when scoping out land.
